Essential Pre-event preparation: 1. Collate your organisation's artifacts on Purpose, Values and Behaviours. 2. Conduct the leading excellence maturity review. We will cover: Adaptive Leaders – Adaptive Leaders and the 5 hats Core Belief System – understanding and aligning core belief systems and leading culture your way. Look, Listen, Learn Engagements – checking, learning and adapting culture Your plan forward – Define a plan to improve Leading Excellence Your Way.
