Our Leadership Coaching package is designed for senior leaders and emerging talent who want to sharpen their leadership capability, embed strategic execution, and develop a stronger improvement mindset. The coaching program is run over one year, with our senior Consultant David Avery. Each session provides a confidential space to explore challenges, test ideas, and develop practical strategies that can be applied immediately.

Leading Excellence Your Way is a flexible, modular program designed to help leaders grow in the areas most relevant to them, their teams, and their organisations.

Each module is built on practical experience, proven leadership frameworks, and a values-based approach that ensures sustainable change. Once purchased, the modules are owned by your organisation, giving you the capability to deliver them in-house, embed them into your leadership system, and build capability well into the future.

How We Facilitate

Enterprise Excellence Group begins by working with your leadership team to answer a critical question: What is your organisation’s unique way of leading and achieving excellence? From there, we explore the Leadership System and how its principles can be adapted to fit your context.

The ten modules represent best practices in leadership, but they are not a fixed curriculum. Instead, they serve as building blocks. Together, we can adapt, combine, or even create new modules unique to your organisation—while remaining grounded in proven foundations of excellence.
