Ten Modules - Totally Customisable
The ten modules represent best practices in leadership, but they are not a fixed curriculum. Instead, they serve as building blocks. Together, we can adapt, combine, or even create new modules unique to your organisation—while remaining grounded in proven foundations of excellence. Once purchased, the modules are owned by your organisation, giving you the capability to deliver them in-house, embed them into your leadership system, and build capability well into the future.
Module 1: Understanding Yourself & Others
Learn how your personal belief system and behaviours align with your organisation’s purpose and values. Build awareness of your strengths, opportunities, and team members’ goals, so you can lead with empathy and clarity.
Module 2: Adaptive Leaders Who Serve
Leadership is not about ego—it’s about growth. This module helps leaders adapt their style to serve others, break unhelpful habits, and practice behaviours that build capability across their teams.
Module 3: Inspiring and Connecting to Purpose Constantly
Discover how to connect individuals’ personal goals to organisational purpose. Learn simple, consistent practices—such as huddles and one-on-ones—that inspire people and reinforce meaning in daily work.
Module 4: Teaching Adults
Great leaders are great teachers. This module explores adult learning principles and shows how leaders can teach culture, strategy, safety, and process effectively, ensuring skills and values are passed on.
Module 5: Supporting People Through Active Listening & Recognition
Active listening and recognition are core leadership skills. This module develops leaders’ ability to listen with intent, ask powerful questions, and recognise achievements quickly and meaningfully to build culture and engagement.
Module 6: Coaching and Empowering
Coaching builds accountability and growth. This module develops leaders’ ability to empower team members, use frameworks like GROWS to guide reflection, and create cycles of continuous improvement. Leaders will learn to coach for short-term wins and long-term excellence.
Module 7: Leading from the Front (CARES Leadership)
Leadership requires visibility. In this module, leaders practice spending time at the frontline—listening, observing, and engaging directly with culture, processes, and performance. They will learn how to role-model behaviours, manage time effectively, and demonstrate the humility and curiosity that drives improvement.
Module 8: Directing and Providing Feedback
Sometimes leaders must be direct. This module equips leaders with tools like the SBI (Situation–Behaviour–Impact) model for giving effective feedback, while also providing strategies for handling team conflict constructively and in line with organisational values.
Module 9: Leaders Own It
Leadership is about ownership. This module challenges leaders to take responsibility for quality, safety, competence, and continuous improvement. Participants will explore the idea that everyone is a leader, ensuring risks, hazards, learning needs, and improvement opportunities are owned, transparent, and actively managed. The goal is to create a culture where everyone leads by example.
Module 10: Root Cause Analysis
Excellence depends on solving problems at their source. This module introduces root cause analysis (RCA) tools like IS/SHOULD GAP and the 5 Whys, helping leaders shift from treating symptoms to addressing systemic causes. Participants practice capturing problems, prioritising them, and leading improvement cycles through huddles and PDCA.
