Lean Six Sigma
Transforming Operational Excellence.

At Enterprise Excellence Group, we believe that sustainable results come from embedding continuous learning and development across your organisation. Our Lean Six Sigma training system is designed to create lasting impact by focusing on core principles and systems rather than just tools. We tailor the learning experience to fit your organisation’s unique culture and needs, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure the skills gained are applied and sustained.
What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma is a systematic methodology that combines the principles of Lean—focused on eliminating waste—with Six Sigma’s data-driven approach to improving quality. This powerful combination helps organisations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of their processes.
Our Unique Lean Framework
At the Enterprise Excellence Group, our Lean Six Sigma learning framework is designed as more than a traditional training programme — it is a journey of transformation. We guide participants from foundational principles through to advanced leadership capabilities, combining technical knowledge with the behaviours and practices required to create real and lasting impact.
A Comprehensive and Progressive Pathway
The programme spans five levels of certification, each stage building on the last to progressively increase capability, leadership, and operational excellence. At every level, participants learn not only the what and how of Lean Six Sigma, but also the why — developing the mindset and behaviours that sustain continuous improvement.
Embedding Training for Sustainable Results
What sets our framework apart is the way we embed learning into everyday operations. Rather than treating training as a one-off event, we integrate practical tools, workplace application, and ongoing coaching. This ensures that participants apply their new skills immediately to real business challenges, embedding improvement practices into the culture of their teams and organisations. By doing so, the results are not just theoretical, but measurable, repeatable, and sustainable over the long term.
Extending to Leadership Development
Beyond technical mastery, we recognise the need for strong leadership to drive and sustain excellence. That’s why we offer a further stage of development: The Lean Leader. This capstone stage equips leaders with the confidence, influence, and vision to inspire change, foster engagement, and embed excellence as a way of working across the entire enterprise.
Why This Matters
Our unique approach ensures that training does not fade once the classroom ends. By embedding behaviours and tools within the workplace, supported by coaching and leadership development, we create a cycle of improvement that continues to grow. This is how we help organisations not just learn Lean Six Sigma, but live it.
We run Lean Six Sigma Training Brisbane, Lean Six Sigma Training Sydney and White Belt Lean Six Sigma Online Training.
