The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Training course provides a unique, practical introduction to the fundamentals concepts of Lean and Continuous Improvement to embed excellence for sustainable results.
It is designed for all levels of operational team members and leaders, it builds a shared understanding of Lean principles, key terminology, and waste elimination practices.
This course acts as a stepping stone to the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and equips participants to apply simple tools in the workplace and begin reporting real-world improvements.
