📘 What to Expect

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

• Understand the importance of standardisation in Lean.

• Apply quality management principles to daily work.

• Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools to effectively solve problems.

• Establish an effective Daily Huddle System to strengthen communication and teamwork.

✍️ Certification Requirements

To receive your Enterprise Excellence Academy Certificate, you’ll need to:

• Attend the full session

• Complete a short quiz

• Submit one RCA (Root Cause Analysis) report within 7 days of the course

• Optional Cardiff University LCS Yellow Belt certification exam, at Level 1a. Extra charge of $400/ex gst/per person for this.
